No. Audio is only used to be transcribed and is not stored. The transcribed question and Voi's answer are kept for 30 days and then deleted; chat content is not sent to logs or analytics tools.

No. Voi works with the permissions of the signed-in person. Employees cannot see finance and team information; only the business owner and admins can.

Yes. To prevent excessive use there is a monthly fair-use limit. Voi lets you know as you approach it, and you can ask our support team for an increase if needed.
